Philip Dai - President
Hey y’all! I’m Philip (he/him) and I’m a senior who primarily does Lincoln-Douglas debate. Going into my third year of competing, I have competed both on the local and national circuit, including attending NSDA Nationals and achieving a bid to the Tournament of Champions! I was the LD co-captain last year, and I hope to be able to work with Sahiti and the rest of the board to be able to make this year the best year we’ve had yet!
Sahiti Mudireddy - Vice President
Hi! I’m Sahiti (she/her) and I’m currently a senior. My primary event is congressional debate, and I’m so excited to keep competing alongside the rest of ESD. This is my fourth year competing, and I’ve gone to tournaments like the NSDA Tournament, semi-finals at Cavalier National Tournament, semi-finals at George Mason National Tournament, and many more. Last year, I was the Congressional debate captain. I can’t wait to work together with Philip and the rest of board to bring the best to ESD!
Aneesh Ramakrishnan - Secretary
I'm Aneesh (he/him), a junior at Enloe High school, and I am the secretary for ESD this year. I compete in the speech event extemporaneous speaking. My favorite hobbies are biking, and swimming competitively, and, I LOVE speech and debate! As a secretary, I am really looking forward to help organize tournaments, and together with the rest of the board, ensure that Enloe Speech and Debate is better than it has ever been!
Arjun Kuncha - Speech Co-Captain
I’m Arjun Kuncha (he/him) and I’m a Varsity Speech Competitor and a senior this upcoming season. I have competed in speech events such as Impromptu and Informative Speaking. As a Varsity, I hope to be a role model for my fellow speech competitors and prepare them for tournaments throughout the year. I am looking forward to recruiting more speech competitors this year and competing alongside them at local, state, and national tournaments.
Diya Menon - Speech Co-Captain
Hi, I'm Diya Menon(she/her), a Junior at Enloe High School as well as one of this year’s Speech captains. I have participated in a variety of speech events, but I particularly enjoys Informative speaking. I also enjoy teaching and love passing on my knowledge to help students grow. I hope to make this year fulfilling by encouraging more participation in the diversity of speech events offered (as well as making sure Enloe sweeps awards)
Savannah Gazda - LD Co-Captain
My name is Savannah Gazda (she/her) and I am a sophomore in LD. I became captain because I care so much about debate and truly believe in a great amount of benefit’s that can come out of debate and I want to share that with as many people as possible!!
Sree Tokdar - Publicity Chair
I'm Sree Tokdar (she/her), and the publicity chair of ESD!! I’m a sophomore, and my primary event is LD. Debate has really helped me in a lot of things, like winning arguments with my parents, having a little bit more confidence, and the trophies are a perk. I’m so hopeful for another great year with ESD, and so excited to meet new friends and people, and help get the word about Enloe Speech and Debate out there!
Akhil Chilaka - MS Coaching Chair
Hey, I'm Akhil(he/him)! I'm a junior at Enloe and the current MS-Coaching Chair. This will be my third year in debate and I've competed in Congressional Debate for all 3 years. I've have gone to 24 tournaments, notable achievements include getting 2 bids to the Tournament of Champions, qualifying to the National Speech & Debate Tournament, Semi-Finalist @ Sunvite and Cavalier invitational, Third place @ Kansas City Missouri Invitational, and First at Grey Matter Invitational. I'm extremely excited to work with kids from Carnage and Martin and work on their debate skills!
Krithin Vivesh - MS Coaching Chair
I am a sophomore who is doing Congressional debate this year after doing Public Forum freshman year. As the MS coaching chair, I will ensure middle schoolers get an early head start to learning the fundamentals of speech and debate and even get experience by participating in an NSDA tournament before high school! I really want more people to join in and teach middle schoolers to boost your confidence and communication skills. I look forward to seeing you all at ESD meetings this year!
Robert Rong - Treasurer
My name is Robert Rong (he/him), and I’m a junior primarily doing PF debate. I like doing debate for both its performative and technical aspects; these aspects of debate have helped me with public speaking and analytical thinking. I look forward to ensuring that everything runs smoothly financially this year, as well as getting more funding to further ESD’s success.
Logan Votypka -Treasurer
Hey there, I’m Logan Votypka(he/him). I’m a sophomore and your treasurer for the coming school year. I compete in LD, and although I’ve only competed locally, I hope to expand my horizons. I look forward to working and competing with all of you. Best of luck.
Chloe Ari - Outreach Chair
Hello! My name is Chloe Ari(she/her) and I’m the 23-24 Outreach chair. I’m a senior and this is my third year in debate. I’ve competed LD for two years, but am trying out speech this year. I’m excited for all of the new experiences and opportunities that our club will have this year!de expanding his knowledge on a variety of fun topics and being able to connect with people all around the country! He looks forward to working with you all to create another great year of ESD!

I’m Laura Kohli(she/her), the co captain of LD! I’m class of ‘26 and joined debate my freshman year. After my first year I fell in love with it. I'm so excited to be captain and keep competing. My biggest accomplishments were placing 4th at dsdl 5 and being a quarter finalist at grey matter invitational. I also competed at districts as a varsity my first year.
Hi! I'm Leeya Chaudhuri (she/her), and I'm the Public Forum (PF) Captain. I'm a nationally ranked debater and ranked 9th in the state. I've competed in PF for 4 years, earning 1200+ NSDA points and attending 35 tournaments. I love PF because you have a debate partner and believes that makes rounds and prepping so much fun. Having coached 200+ students and been PF captain last year, I am confident I can improve any student’s skills and I'm excited for the upcoming season!
Aaditya Bharadwaj - Congress Captain
​Hi, I’m Aaditya(Aadi) Bharadwaj (He/Him) and I’m currently a Junior. I am excited to teach the new students about what Congress is about. I have gone to the semi-finals at Fbk and Quarter-finals and Harvard. I also plan to go to TOC and hopefully do well there. My favorite parts about Debate are learning about new topics, and having fun with friends. I look forward to a great next year!
